Press Release on the organization of the 11th Cambodia International Day of Deafness and the 66th International Day 2023 under the theme “Working Environment for the Deaf for Development”
On 17 September 2023, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation issued a press release on the organization of the 11th Cambodian Deaf Day and the 66th International Deaf Day 2023 under the theme “Inclusive work for deaf for development”.
In the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Day of the Deaf has been organized at the national level since 2023, demonstrating the concern of the Royal Government, the public, civil society, family, friends to encourage and meet the needs of the deaf and enhance the rights and freedoms of the deaf in the world.
